Pete Hooklift

Stretched and modified HAMs Pete to put a hooklift on it. And I made the Rolland pack colour selectable and upped the capacity. If loading or unloading a full container backing into it to load and driving forward lowering help. And you need to select in store or change in garage between Rolland or ITRunner because they are different. ***Major update over the last version more color selection added a trailer that I made look less European with matching wheels fenders and boxes to the truck. You will need to add to what button you want to use in the settings to use all the hooklift functions and trailer load and unload also the trailer attaches to the containers and has a function to turn on and off the container attacher function or you cant un hook from trailer after unhooking container it will just reattach. You can also back up to ar frames or decks and the truck will auto configure to whatever your attaching to but if its not hooked up when you reload game it will be whatever you have it set to in the store . https://joebanfield.itch.io/pete-hooklift
1.0.0.1 added a person in cab more color selection a bunch of tweaks and adjustments and optional headlight tint bins have been changed a bit too low attacher added that can be attached to winch script and made wheels match bin color
video added to help show the auto attachment to things... to go back to hooklift unfold the hooklift and back up to bin even tho you cant see it it will attach and be visible again

man this is one nice edit I've been looking for a Pete hook lift then I found yours I love roll off trucks there so cool thank you for this
Thats awesome was Just something I was learning over the winter Its not perfect but it works havent done anything in a long time now winter is over so been busy outside
yeah I miss working I'm disabled in a wheel chair now so farm sim is all I got to give me that work feel lol I hope to see more AR truck's and roll off's come for FS 25 down the line thank you for the hard work friend have a wonderful day
Before it sounds like im shunning your work or anything of that nature, i want to start off to say that I absolutely love this idea and hooklifts in general; and its such a shame that more creators for this game dont make North American Hooklift truck frames, but... The truck itself is poorly optimized, that when tested on a completely empty 4x flat map, i dropped from 60FPS when not looking, to 48-45 when looking at it. (although i have max graphics so maybe that has part to deal with it)
For the interior, i believe you mixed up several textures because the steering column and the stalks on it are now chrome
Another big issue that i find is that when youre lowering the container, the arm doesnt lower enough which causes the container to never lay flat (even on flat ground) until you detattch, which isnt that big of an issue, but it just doesnt look as nice: https://imgur.com/a/QDuMbHN
One last thing is that when using the large ITRunner Grain Container, when trying to lay it on the ground, itll push the truck up and has a chance to glitch it out; so maybe itll be a benefit to learn how to make the hook move in a way to prevent this. You can ignore this one, I just read the description. (Thats my mistake lol)
But in the end, I feel like the optimization issue is not entirely your fault, but other than that, I would love to see you posting more trucks that have hooklifts on them and thanks for posting this for us 🙏🙏🙏
its selectable in store you need to choose rolland or itrunner to work proper they are different sizes and need to choose between unload to ground or unload to trailer as for optimazation I didnt make the truck just stretched it and added hooklift and colors and stuff like that Their will be a new version of the truck coming soon its being re done by HAM. I just modify stuff I dont make anything. I know the truck has warnings about the steps being too detailed so maybe that is hurting your fps I run my graphics at twice the max you can go in game by modifying the game files and I only have a 3080ti seems ok for me but my fps isnt normaly great bacause i run the settings at double the max run shaders and have like 800 mods
J325_Rolland_Ampliroll_Pack unable to use on FS25 servers. Not sure if it can be fixed, if so hopefully soon. Really do like this mod, would love to use it
